Harvested 2 fish today. Well, caught 1 with a prawn on a hook, then saw another big one languishing at the bottom of the tank. Netted it and it was barely alive.
It had red marks on both sides of its gills but apart from that it looked fine. It also had roe in it.

what do you think this is?

rest of the fish looked fine. 35cm long, that thing near its tail is just a bit of wood.
