i am not sure what i am looking at. where are the warts located?

I am not sure what advice "better safe than sorry" means.. cull it?

That's some weird coloring for tilapia, what species or hybrid is it?

Cotton,

Ha ha no. The second part of his original question was "should I isolate it". Thus the better safe than sorry remark. I believe the blemish that he is referring to is between the flipper and eye, on the right side, in the top pic.

Must have been in the water most of the fish have red markings along their fins. Got new fish tank filters. They are Blue Tilapia. I might try to add some salt to the water i cant isolate them anymore because almost all of them have the problem.

Salting is probably a good idea. 1 ppt helps with stress. Raising the temp if it's low for their range might help them as well. A brief dip in a salt solution could be a possibility. You might want to crosscheck to see if Tilapia can handle the amounts listed below but I think they can. Most plants can handle the 1ppt concentrations but as you go higher plants that are sensitive, like strawberries will die off.

Salting
Nitrite issues - 1ppt = 1KG per 1000L or 1gm per L
Parasites - 3-6ppt
Dip for parasites - 30ppt - .5 to 10 minutes. Remove fish showing signs of distress immediately (laying on side or erratic behavior for example)

I'd guess this is fungal but can't be sure.
