Hi All, I've been thinking about stocking some Rainbow Trout over the cooler months and was wondering where everyone in NSW gets their fingerlings from? I see there used to be a farm near Lithgow. Does anyone know what's going on with it at the moment? I'm in Camden, so that'd be real convenient if they were back in business! I've tried to get in touch with RupertofOZ but my private messages aren't working Thanks! |

Hi and welcome What do you mean your private messages are not working. They sit in the outbox until the user you are sending to logs in, as far as I know. Is this whats happening |

So are trout fingerlings available? It's good to send a PM, but others might like to know. My system is being built, and fish breed and availability is on my list too. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

Trout should be available around April. Rupe or any other NSW resident could post some fish stock locations for the new comers please. |

Pretty sure Lithgow is gone Nundle carries some through winter and runs out of stock Dec/Jan, none left 2013 Dutton Same as above - none left 2013 Gaden at Jindabyne Some others around Snowys Eildon/ Vic has a few and is next closest. Always have fish but long way away. Makes them expensive little suckers |

Arc En Ceil (near Nundle) will have fingerlings available again in Sept.. which is very far from ideal when trying to grow them over winter, when the water is cool! Are there likely to be any available within say 500km ot Tamworth around late April-early May? |
