A: Nearly dead fish probably. Not enough O2 in the water? Looks like a survival mechanism rather than playfulness. |

They look fine there, maybe they only do it when it is very hot and O2 is driven out of the water due to the temps? Thailand is hot, yes? |

Yep, fish hanging around the inlet like that is a sure sign of not enough dissolved oxygen in the water ! |
