Greetings! Nice forum you have! Found a lot of information here!

want to make fish farm for trouts (closed type in hall), but cant start my project even on sketch, because cant find information, can trouts be raised in big tanks (3,4,7000 gallon size) or i have to make long channels with flow?

the goal is fast reproduction and quality, so the questions is, What the right way to do it

Mate, you need to either go away and study, work at an aquaculture facility, or find an experienced aquaculturist to run the place for you.

Yes, trout can be raised in tanks. You do not need long channels.

As with all aquaculture system, you need to be able to deliver good quality water to the system.
There are many ways to do this, an aquaponics system is one of them.

in my country (Bulgaria) fish farms closed type almost don`t exists, so therefore cant find aquaculturist and even if imagine i find in 150km fish farm can`t start working because i`m student and already got contract in other company for year.

the answer about tanks/channel helped a lot, i saw few video in youtube trouts in channels and thought tanks are out of the way.

this project will be partly financed by EU, so need to do detailed business plan. if some aquaculturist is willing to help with list, what things i have to buy/make from hall to tanks, pumps, feed system, heaters, etc i will be very thankful and of course don`t except this to be for free

Its an old one - 1959, but has some good information and a good sound grounding on the subject. It is up to you to look up the more modern methods once you understand the basics.

Its not rocket science. Hatchery trout raising has taken place since the 1700s.

I would suggest that you start by hatching and raising trout at home, in an aquarium. You need to be able to perform that task and understand the processes, then you can move forwards.

I think you need to get someone on board with you that has the training required.. There are many aquaculturists trained around the world and I'm sure there are a few in Bulgaria. You can't learn it all in a short while, that's why these people study and train for many years.
