I'm wondering what the food bill was for this one and how many grow beds it could support:

Awesome!

I grew up in Canada on the St-Lawrence River. It used to have a lot of Lake Sturgeon but they have been mostly fished out. I caught and released this juvenile in 2001. It is the one and only sturgeon I have ever caught.

Just to add: I have a soft spot for sturgeon. There is a great book going over their history called The Philosopher Fish: Sturgeon, Caviar, and the Geography of Desire by Richard Adams Carey. It's a great read. It's been a while since I read it but it has some parts where they talk about aquaculture. I'm not sure how well they would do with aquaponics but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
