Any ideas? Water param fine, temp constant 16-18, O2 ok ( not actually measuring but never had issues with it). Notice the petrified face, and weird top part of nose. Any ideas or just one of those things

any loud noises around the fish tank that could have startled them? it sure looks like a crash
