Does anyone have a aprox growth rate of Silvers in sydney over the spring/summer period? I want to try some silvers that can be harvested this year. I was offered 150 mm long silvers that weig approx 150 - 200 g for $4.00 each. I would only buy a few if they can be harvested at the end of this summer (500g normal for silvers?) My current silvers are 5cm long so probably not going to be able to grow them to eating size hehe |

Sorry Hui... but a 150mm Silver Perch will weigh about 70-80gms.... 100gms top.... not 150-200gms, which would be 220-250mm SP.... |
