Tonight we had 17 adults and 5 kids for barra dinner. Didn't plan it it just sort of happened that way LOL. And some people who hadn't seen the AP system were amazed. Cooked 33 fish total 8.3 kg's biggest 485 grams. smallest 115  . Twas a great night. We had fillets of barra cut into small pieces and crunmbed and deep fried with a dipping sauce for entree which were a hit, then some cooked whole on the barbie and some baked with wine and lime in the oven. Few glasses of pop  and some bbeers and I'm cactus LOL, kids didn't go to bed till 11:00  and there's still more fish in the purging tank. I think tonight I crackesd the 100th fish harvested, will have to tally up at some stage. :D

Harvested 6 fish and total 1.4kg's. 4 have been filleted and included in the recipe here and will be enjoyed for dinner tonight.
Heather said to me last night, it is time to find different ways to cook these fish instead of just on the bbq  Maybe I will get adventurous in the next weeks. Will post recipes, but only if they are any good
