Well it's been a long weekend... and things didn't go completely to plan..

Sunday morning I went to hook the oxy bottle onto the trailer and the bin... and couldn't find the adapter for the flow meter and airline connection...
Found a couple of connections that together fitted and did the job, but a little loosely...
Seemed to be working OK, so I started netting the trout into the bin for the deliveries to Newcastle... all up about 400...
And noticed the bubbles from the air stone seemed very slow... checked the flow meter... and I obviously had a leak somewhere...
Called my mate Trevor, a plumber and gasfitter... who arrived, hummed & harred a couple of times... and shot off home to see what he could put together..
With no air going into the tank, the lid having been off for a couple of hours while I was ferrying the fish into the tank... and a warmish day... the fish were starting to rise to the surface...
So netted them back out of the bin and back into the tank...
Mal and Scott turned up to collect their fish... followed shortly after by Trev (the plumber) who had managed to braise a couple of connections together with a short piece of copper tubing that did the job...
Bagged up 25 fish for Mal and 50 for Scott who both headed off down to Jervis Bay...
Decided that the Newcastle run might be a bit dubious... at least until I'd had a chance to test out the oxy connections... and it was getting to be a bit late anyway..
Cancelled the the Newcastle people, loaded up another 130 for Neil (fishfodder) and Geoff around Wollongong way.
Didn't have a chance to grab any photos at Neils... but here's a couple of the trout settling into Geoffs tank...
