It seems Gidgie is the only place with SP left but I am having trouble getting there to pickup some for school. I need a kind soul with an ABN who wants to go and get some SP for themselves that is willing to pickup and extra 80 fingerlings and onsell them to me at school. Happy to pay a little more than the cost of them to cover your fuel or something.

Anyone interested? Even if you don't have an ABN, let me know and we may be able to work something out.

Burnsy,
Do you know what size they got up at Gidgie? I have an ABN and dont mind helping out, but I need to get some decent size ones.

Kalamunda is easy enough for me to get to.

Cheers Rob,

Carey has various sizes but we just want fingerlings. I can not remember the exact prices. Being a school it is hard as to pickup from him as I must have an invoice prior going to get them so I can have a cheque drawn up to hand over to him as it is payment on pickup and actually organising this has been impossible.

In order to make it work I would need the fingerlings delivered to school (Kelmscott area) and an invoice for the amount with your details would need to be emailed to me at least the day before so that I can draw up a purchase order and then subsequently have a cheque drawn up for you while we transfer the fish into the tank - see my problem. I will know to lock in my order with Gav next year as he makes all this real easy :notworthy:

Doesn't seem to hard, I just need to work out if I have a container big enough for the pick up. I see what i can come up with and get back to you. It might have to be next week if all goes well.

I will give the farm a call and see what they have and prices.

I caught a couple of these today in a dam east of town. They are in a number of farm dams in the area.I have had some small ones in my AP for a while now they seem to handle summer and winter OK.I have eaten a small one and it seemed like any other fish. This one is a nice size but it is being kept for research purposes.
