Yep... you should only be feeding them a 3-4mm pellet at that size...

Yeah it would be good to have a variety of sized pellets but my freezer space prevents it. The vid shows how quickly these pellets break down and even the little silvers, bass and catfish get into them.
Got some 1mm ridleys that I throw in for the bass and little silvers and I reckon these would never break down as they feel like buckshot

So I take it your not scrapping your system Simo. Good news. :thumbright:
I am also trying a similar tact with fish, I am also running some Koi to keep nutrients. I have seen trout with SP and Koi so if I can get some trout will add them in over winter. Same with Barra over summer and have SP and Koi as permanent residents as such. The goldfish may get gobbled up in the process but they are als pretty large these days. :)
