I was talking to a very nice couple at the shop the other day. The aussie bloke reckoned that he wouldnt eat anything but Basa cos it tasted beaut but his wife refused to eat it as she grew up in that area and said they catch them from the same rivers that locals use as toilets :bootyshake: . She wanted to do aquaponics so she knew where her fish were from :D

I think you could actually if you harvest them at 300g provided you could still get new fingerlings halfway through the season. It would be a waste though because you may as well just grow the first lot out as big as you can get them, you end up with about the same total weight in the end anyway.
