Due to events beyond my control (wife wants to visit parents in October), my barra purchase has been delayed until end of October, I am getting the minimum bulk order (100), so if anybody in Bris area wants to add to the order please apply

Haven't decided where yet, Ausyfish has 2 different size lots at present with different pricing - will advise those interested before purchase

Will be interesting to see if they are even avaialble by then Les. Quite often a lot of the fish don't become available until at least then if not a bit later.

As you know - I am in for 50 or 100, will advise which closer to the time.

BF - was just saying to Les yesterday that it may be well worth while for us to get the 10cm ones in our first season, just to give us that extra chance of growing them to a good size before temp becomes an issue for us. The only issue may be whether the 10cm ones are available early in the season. If they aren't, we may as well get them earlier and grow them ourselves.

When I got my barra they were available up to 15cm's. I took the tight arse option and got the little tackers. Big mistake considering their real growth really kicks off from about then ie bulking up
