in my minnow tanks, i also have marmokreb crayfish, and i grow them both out in my sump - both used as supplemental feed for my fish

how many minnows in the tank with the pot? (i use multiple pots)
how much light (number of hours)
what are your water temps?
what are you feeding them?

i find it pretty easy to get breeding going, increase temp a little, increase "daylight" hours, and feed high protein food as well as gammarus and blood worms

I feed them tropical fish flakes and shrimp pellets. I have 3 gray ones and 3 orangish ones. They get about 16 hours of light and 8 of darkness. Water temperature is 75-78 degrees.
