Sorry to lift the old posting up again.
I found a location where i can buy the "rock bass" Ambloplites rupestris.
Not cheap but seems to be a hardy fish with a wide temp area (10-30°C).
But don't found how good or fast it will grow under feeding conditions.
And whats the average weight at 25cm.
