For those who are looking to start a system and are having trouble finding fish I hope this might help. Chapman Valley fish farm situated north of Geraldton have silver perch available and can be brought to Perth for collection, if you are interested give them a call to arrange purchase on 0400618484.

Pemberton still have rainbow trout available in limited numbers and the area is lovely at this time of year if you are up for a drive, they can be contacted on 97761044.

If anyone knows of other supplies around please let us know. :getfish:

King trout cafe in pemberton will also supply but i think their prices are a bit higher than the hatchery. They have a very nice farm and lake and definetly worth dropping by if in the area, catch a few while you're there and have them cooked up with a nice garden salad and chips. You can even bring a nice local bottle of wine to wash it down with!! Check their website for location and details!

Geraldton only have 4 to 6 inch fish @ $4.50 each. Not really a price I am willing to pay. They reckon to get fingerlings over from east costs around $3 each - still too expensive.
