A place to discuss aquaponics

Does anyone have any experience with these? From my understanding they are a horribly invasive species in many places, but I am moving to their native habitat, and I figure a horribly invasive species is probably going to be pretty hardy and reasonably easy to farm (if prone to escape) From all accounts they are both large and delicious, if somewhat slow growing.
