Has anyone worked with these? I have seen some interesting info on them as farmed fish, look like a great option for folks in colder climates, Canadians and so forth. I don't know if it would get too hot for the in Washington but I had been considering them as a possibility. I imagine they wouldn't be a very good choice for any of the Ozzies unfortunately. They look pretty tasty

Location: Upstate NY, USA
Yes, they can be farmed, but have near zero warm water tolerance,

Montana and north in N America.
