Hard to tell they are feeding but not really hitting it like they do sometimes, there were pellets in the stomach of one of the ones I culled this arvo. I am leaving the air in for a while but I am using more power pumping air than water at the moment  Both the culled fish seemed in good health.

Obo i seem to have reasonable airation but after thinking it through i did add a load of tap water to the f/t a few days before hsm this would have raised the ph level considerably.....???

Depends on your tank pH and your tap water pH. Anything over .4 of a change per day will stress the fish quite a bit.
