Hi,

After much reading on this forum I decided to put it into action. I am currently building an IBC system in my apartmetn with an NFT table beside it as well. I have a 1000w on track going up this week. I have found a few cherax species localy and we have a pacific crayfish here that gets pretty big as well. I have only found tilabia and baramundi at the chinese market. I plan on grabbing a breeding set of tilapia this way. Here are some snaps.

I put one of the IBC systems at the community club and the fish all died in days (45 tinfoil barbs to demonstrate the system). The IBC's used to have soya lecthin in them and was washed out. Do you think this could have caused it? Water readings were fine otherwise.

Thanks for reading and hello from Vancouver Canada.Image

Most likely, the live tilapia at the chinese market are all male.
