the newest system is now up and running with plants and fish. The three grow beds are 60 litres each with hydroton in each and the tank is half of a pallet tank approximately 500l. The fish are silver perch, goldfish, bristlenose catfish and a few crayfish. they are fed once a day. The plants are snow peas, cherry tomatoes, basil, spinach, pak choy and a simgle lettuce. THey have good growth, except for my basil whic appears to be struggling in all of my systems.

Great pics, and this is just the newest system. How many systems do you have now? (i know at least 2, this one and the aero one with the barra)

Looks great.

Mind that fish food if that's what it is. Better in the shade you'll get less 'oxidative rancidity'. Same as storing human food in the sun as popposed to a cool space.

Takes a while to empty a container that size.

yeah the food is already empty, possibly have fed to much recently as the color changed just yesterday to a nasty looking brown as opposed to the previous clear but tan color. I currently only have the two going at the moment but have plans for a larger third with a 1500l pond and two of murrays grow beds as well as possibly a few towers.
