hi all,
I started on the 25th of April. 5 Goldfish, some lettuce, pak choy, chives, coriander and vietnamese mint.
I have pH of 7.8, Ammonium 1.0ppm, Nitrite 0.25ppm, Nitrate 5.0ppm.

this has been the case for the last few days.

perhaps tell us a bit more about your system - size, layout etc.

At face value your ammonia is a bit high (ideally <0.25) - particularly with fish in system.
(Levels of Ammonia with fish in system is not good, and you dont want nitrites rising > clear sign you haven't cycled properly)

Are the current values from fish alone or have you been adding something ?

depending on size of system 5 goldfish should be fine for time being.
You should be looking for ammonia to go down and nitrates to stay steady/go down.
And nitrites < 0.25 (ideally 0)
