Hi Everyone,

I'd like to introduce you to my system. She is called Aquaponykiss.
Here is a quick fly-through video of it

Its a CHOP system with:
3x1000L fishtanks growing 100-odd Jade Perch
    9x Bathtub growbeds growing all-sorts
2000L sump tank which will eventually house red-claw crayfish
50m2 of greenhouse which is to be fully enclosed
    swirl filters to come

I have a ton of photos and video's to show you which will explain the system the best.
I haven't really been documenting along the way, so this is just going to be a big dump of images. Hope you enjoy.

Wow! Good looking system. Wonderful colors inside too. How long has this been in service?

Thanks Pete,

100 Jade Perch fingerlings spread over 3 IBC tanks.
I figure this way I can always have options for keeping fish at different life stages, but also trialling different species as I get more confident.

I used to have a smaller system 1000L with 50 Jade perch. Everything grew fine and healthy but the stocking density seemed a little too high so for now i'll just keep to 30 fish per 1000L

Cheers
Pete

Hey Boss, Have I missed something or is your 'ladybug post' supposed to be for another thread?

I think Brian's ladybugs are for someone's garage strawberries.

What a great build! I wish many years of productivity for you. It's a good idea to keep the density down, especially in a new system. I have one IBC system with 50 tilapia and that is about the limit I think, especially since I grow them to 2 lbs and larger, though some don't make it that far.
