Right, so here is a system that combines grow bed, raft and NFT in one unit.
I utilized all of those methods as this is an educational system for a school.
I have zero background in aquaponics so any feedback is appreciated.
System cost is approximately $600.
I constructed all of the tanks and lined with pond liner.
Fish tank is on bottom and is 200 gallon.
Pump is 400gph on for 15 mins/hour.
Grow bed is on top and is 60 gallons.
Raft system is to the left and is 60 gallons.
NFT is 4" pvc pipe.
I only took one pic but did make a short video.
Hope you enjoy and I'm sure there is a lot of knowledge and criticism to be garnered from this site.
I will update when plants are established.

It would be better to run as 3 individual units rather than all together, currently it would be like having a ham sandwich, taking a bite and handing to someone else, they take a bite and pass it on again, the third person isn't going to get a lot to eat.

You would also need more filtration for your DWC than just a grow bed.
