Well it has taken some time but I have broken ground today, Levelled out my pad, laid down hothouse plastic and have 12.5 tons of cracker dust sitting on top ...... Sooo much fun to look forward to tomorrow spreading it around and levelling all of that... I have a few pics and can do a running tally... getting the toro with a rotary hoe and bucket attachment for 4 hrs $120... hothouse Plastic 7.5 mtrs wide x 10 mtrs long $70 well spent for no weeds... 12.5T of Cracker Dust Delivered and expertly dodged everything in the yard to dump it where I needed it $340.. total of $530

Well off to bed to charge the batteries to shovel once kids off to school..

"Make the most of every Day" :) All of that and it only took a day to actually do it, with 4 months procrastinating HaHa

All of these Plant have had to be pulled out of each GB, the GB's are then emptied of Clay, moved, refilled with clay the plant Replanted... These plants have been in the GB's for the last 3 yrs almost with nothing attached added water, ferts or sprays
Arrowroot, Ginger, Cardamon, Turmeric, Garlic Chives, chives, Just Newly added Yams, Artichoke and will have to put in some horse radish

Lot of effort for a small acrow prop plate 8) I use a home made sleeper-end* with a heavy duty broom handle and steel brackets. That way get a footprint of 400mm x 300 - good workout as well, and don't need to lift it too high.
*new smooth one rather than a rough one.
