We have recently just about to finish up on our system. We have a 275 sump tank. 500 gallon fish tank all in the ground. We have 12 44x37" ibc tote grow beds. Im using the flood and drain system. Ive got a 2000 gph pump at 7 ft of head. i will post a few pics below. i have a 13 x 33 ft greenhouse we are about to put up over it.

Nice! Way to hit one out of the park! By this time next year, you won't know what to do with all of the food!

There are some questions i would like to ask. most is about trace elements in water and adding patasium to the system if you have flowering plants. ive seen on some of the web sites they sell mineral dust and so forth. ive been puting liquid seeweed in mine and micro lift to jump start it. we have a two grow bed system that is been working for about 3 months and when we at patasium to it the plants go crazy but if we dont they just flower and fall off no veggie. Some say if you grow greens it ok but if you do alot of flowering plants nitrogen is not enough. what is your take on that. i have some pics of the plants i have started to grow. thanks

That's impressive man. I'm pretty jealous haha. Mine's a pretty small set up in my garage.

So do you start the seeds in it also. Just put them right in the rocks?

I think you answered your own question

Plenty of examples of success growing tomatoes, peppers....and so on. AP is about balancing the fish and the vegies but it doesn't take many fish to do this.

Just check my levels on everything .
Ph 7.6
Ammonis .25
Nitrites 5.0
Nitrates 40 ppm
I know my nitrites are high just wondering if that is the cycling process. do i need to add plants to get the nitrates down or is that a good number.
