This small system has parts list and prices attached. It has been operating for 15 months with 15 Tilapia.
The fish started as fingerlings and are now approximately 10-12 inches long. It has had its ups and downs, but zero fish have been lost. Presently we are dealing with a massive green peach aphid infestation. I have been spraying daily with Neem oil extract, but they keep coming back.

Aphids are AP's worst enemy. Difficult to control unfortunately. Look for ants, they harbour the aphids, control them first then you have a fighting chance. There are chilli and garlic sprays but they are as effective as neem oils. I tried a heap of different remedies without any great success. Sticky traps are ok and benificial bugs help but can be difficult to get right. They seem to be seasonal and removing effected plants can help too.
