Well the answer is I built them to lay flat and dump to the middle of the grow beds and ended up not liking it so I just mounted them like that.

welcome. I hope I don't sound like I'm nitpicking, maybe this will be helpful to you as it looks like you haven't filled you GBs. The vertical 2X4s are load bearing. Rest them on your horizontal 2X4s, not next to them. This way the weight isn't on the fasteners, it's wood on wood.

Got some of the perch in the system finally and priming the system!!! The other picture is from our indoor system that took off and growing like crazy!
