My favorite three would be:

Have read them all from start to finish and learned so much from them.

My favourite would have to be mine..... Filled with incredibly valuable information, interesting content, and man those pictures,...

OK..

Probably Faye's for the range of photos and length of time that it's been going, plus the fact that you see what's been made from the produce of the system along the way as well, thats very important, seeing the meals produced from the system.

Faye's system

+1 on Fayes.
That thread helped me convince the wife that we should get a system.

How did I forget about Faye's system. Sorry Faye!

Some others I have forgotten to mention are:

TCLynx's System
and
Chillidude's System

Couldn't find one for EB. When was the last time you updated it? :D

For WOW factor, Fordy's first system. Show this system to your partner and they will instantly agree to an aquaponics system. (Just don't explain that your system will look significantly different to Fordy's.)

Fordy's first system

TClynx's systems are the ones that inspired me to dive in. Granted, I haven't read through every system on the site so far (there's less time for browsing, now that I'm APing), but TC's wondefully documented trials and successes really helped me understand the inner workings of AP systems when I first started investigating this.

I like JT's seemed to me like the first one done right (clean and straightforward, BYAP's kits are like this but I mean DIY setups):
viewtopic.php?f=18&t=5259

Zsazsa's for the same reason:
viewtopic.php?f=18&t=9276

For my own Member's threads I have been planning to make a "Summary Page" that shows pictures of each setup that I've tried, and change my .sig to land on the summary page. 2008 was my best year before this one, but this year so far has actually been the most productive so far even this early in the year (just need some fruiting plants and it would be no contest).
