hi all,

I'm looking into starting my 1st Aquaponics system. I understand the principle's and set up of the system. I'm stuck on weather to either use a media bed with a flood and drain system or a floating raft system.

any help with pro's and con's of either system would be greatly appreciated

If you have floating raft you still require bio filtration,it also depends on your choice of plants,if you just want lettuce and herbs,floating raft,if you want to be able to grow a much wider selection,media beds which then act as your bio. You could always incorporate both..... :thumbright:
