File comment: My 20' x 3' lettuce raft tank. I divided it in halve with a shade clothe net to keep the tilapia away from the roots on the web pots.

I don't know if the raft system will work or not. The tank is 20' in didmeter x 3 ' deep. I fenced off 1/2 with shade clothe of it to keep the tilapia on one side and the rafts on the other so the tilapia won't eat the roots of the slit pots hanging down. I can't see wjy it won't work. I haven't seen anyone else doing it tho.
Hopefully it's not getting to hot for lettuce this time of the year. If so I guess I'll try and shade clothe iy.
