First post discussing the possible layouts, issues with foundation, DWC construction and IBC's.

We decided that instead of making the troughs long we will just use several 8'X4' troughs so that we don't have to worry about "lagging" into the foundation.

We like the idea of using smaller troughs because this setup isn't permanent and will make moving the setup much easier.

The first phase of this build will be for 14 troughs for a total of 1792 individual plants. We plan on using two 265G IBC tanks for the fish tanks and one 265G IBC for the sump. We also plan on installing 6 4X4' constant flood media beds on the north wall.

The greenhouse is going to be framed studs 48" for three sides and 24" on the north wall. We plan on wrapping it with 6mil film. I'm not 100% sure on the roof yet but we need a cheap solution that won't break the bank. I'm open to all suggestions =)

I'd look at doubling the fish tanks....
