Today I start a new fase. I'm trying with a foam tray with hydroponics oasis for bedding. The tray has 75 holes and I begin with spinach, rosemary and coriander seeds. There are few photos of the system. I already had a 133 lt tank with some Koi.

I had the fish thank and the water goes to the first grow bed (flood and drain) and to the second growbed using a T (the foam tray) and then returns to the fish tank. The first growbed has been running for 6 weeks and the water is clean. When the seeds starts growing I'm going to incorporate an air stone to provide oxygen to the roots, maybe then I will filter the solids. Any suggestion?
