Hi all finished work today for christmas.
Removed 15 trout weighing between 60 and 950 grams here is 10 of them being smoked 8) .

Yes converted a freezer heated with LPG and smoked by bradley very efficent..

The comado is an excelant charchol cooker and smoker but not as good a smoker as the williams or bradley.

pinched the idea for using skewers to open trout worked great.Went down a treat with the smoked pork for the kids for xmas
