That is what I've heard so I am on the look out for some Kiko's but they don't seem super common around here. I am hoping perhaps Ryan knows of some other farms raising goats around the area to help me in my search as I think I've only been able to find one farm in Florida that had them listed.

Ryan, What type of poly did you use on your tunnel? I can't find a clear poly that's not very expensive. Yours looks opaque, but yet your getting great growth. Hope all is well; fish, plants, and goats coming along fine.

Thx Ron and lezil!

Yeah, all papered Lamancha Dairy goats except for a Sannen doe we rescued.

Chris, it's a 6 mil opaque poly w/ 4 yr warranty

Everything's kicking butt but busier than ever!!! Sold 160lbs of heirlooms last weekend and have another hundred going out this weekend. New power service is still waiting to be connected but it's scheduled. 4 babies so far, 2 more goats still preggers. Orange cauli, purple cauli, Romenesco and traditional broccoli going over very well with the local community. Toooons of pics but not much time. I'll get some up in the next day or 2 (or tonight if I don't fall asleep)

:)
Ryan

Awesome..waiting on picks! Wish I would have gone with the opaque, instead of clear. Clear heats up so quickly...easily gets in the 90's with only 70 degree temps...with all doors/vents open. Too hot for berries/lettuce.

Do you sell as many of the greener varieties of tomatoes? Or do people just say they aren't rip and keep moving?

They all look awesome though!

Thanks TC!!!!

Colu- not at first but I'm a good salesman :) its a sweeter, low acid tomato so I describe it to them and tell them I don't usually have very many.... SOLD. Most people come back for more after tasting one :)

Sorry I'm not around much right now... Still growing strong and kicking butt. Also working on a commercial "food safety certified, organic certified" production model. Looks extremely promising.

Keep at it everybody!

Ryan

wonderful tomatoes, so awesome you're growing all of those heirlooms. Any issues with pests or disease? Florida can be rough, mine got hit with a mildew or mold (not sure which) a few weeks ago but are still producing.

Also, when is the best time to seed cauliflower/broccoli in central/south florida? Thanks!

Sam, I had a mold during the Winter too. Cleared out all toms, started new, with more ventilation...so far, so good. I put my brocs in in October/Nov, and they're still producing. Harvested the bigger heads after about 50 days, and have been harvesting the smaller heads ever since. Pacman variety.

Great to know. So I definitely started mine too late then (January). Should of known better. They are pretty big now but still have not begun to flower. Do you think they will or should I pull them to make room for other stuff?
