camera batteries on charge - tested the revolving gates to help in catching the fish and they were very effective.

Stripped down to the jocks and climbed into the tank to secure the gates/dividers properly, removed batteries from camera so no embarrassing snaps could be taken :bigsmurf: tank water a pleasant 26c

were you tempted to provide a lil dissolved methane while you were in there Les?

An update on the fingerlings, tried them on 4mm pellets, but they spat them out so will stay on 2mm for another month...put a container in with shellgrit and the fish decided to spread it over the tank

Sorry about the water reflections

Got the shots of the toms so you could see how they were going TT...very simple method, just lay them over and let the weight of the plant pull the stem to horizontal, then just let it grow and slide the support string along the top rail

I've heard of midnight skinny-dipping in a pool, but I heard doing it with animals (or fish) was getting a bit kinky :-)

Thanks Les. So as long as I can train them up, it is a matter of sliding the leaders thru some sort of loop and just moving that loop along whatever it is attached to. Yes?
