Looks remarkably like the "Bianco" range of pumps..... just this model has a stainless body instead of the plastic body yours has....

Used extensively in NZ as calf milk pumps apparantly ..... and my step father has one for his big Koi tank...

As far as I know Bianco pumps are made in China (seem to be well made though). I have a BLC 200/185.
