OK, just harvested the first trout of the season as I need to reduce the number I have down to about 80 before I can grow them out.
'Course the bench needed scrubbing down first as it hasn't really been used since November.

They averaged a little over 300g each so they're coming along nicely :cheers:

Yep - absolutely

Ross's Auctions here in Perth Charlie - they have a large kitchen/catering auction every couple of months.
All you need is a trailer and some time !

Picked some veges this morning from the system before heading off for work and for some reason the kids suddenly wanted to take a photo of me and the harvest.

So here it is - the first cauliflower of the season and yet more broccoli (which you can see we're struggling to keep up with !
