Just thinking about you trying to negotiate those steps when you get older and I think you need a rail or a bar to grab hold of for those steps Boss. They'll probably get wet and might get slick. That is going to be so cool when it's finished

All right, my buddy Louie Plagge finished framing the window for the fish pond. Now all I have to do is figure out how to install it in the cement.

Hi Boss, since when did we/you need legislation to run an AP system?
I thought we lived in the nanny state here in South Australia- but obviously not!

I suppose Tilapia is considered an invasive species. We have so many fish that have taken over our lakes and streams.

I received the parts to hopefully repair the four wheel drive on my Jeep.Between that and these wet snows that keep melting off each week with 70 degree days our long driveway coming up the hill is a mess. It is making me nuts not being able to work on the finishing the pond.

One perk with life keep getting in the way of building is I keep learning things that I oughta try and do on my system. One I am toying with now is an area in the pond wall where I can drill holes for various diameter bulkhead connectors. I've read in one thread that I think it was Coach Chris was changing the height of a standpipe or overflow to change the water level. I thought to myself, whoa what if I need to change the water level or anything and my FT walls are made of concrete and rock?

All you need is 1 bulkhead. If it is set low enough all you would have to do is pull out the standpipe and replace it with a longer or shorter version. Remember the more holes you put through your walls the more likely you are to have a leak down the road.
