Made my first batch of cheese a couple of weeks back, but never got around to putting the photo up.

It's just a plain cheddar.

This is it while it still drying, 3-5 days, prior to me putting wax over it.

Pulled 4 trout out yesterday and 3 of them cracked 500g+

Wasn't expecting that until November so now I'm wondering what they're going to reach by then. 800g+ ?
