Buddy, what an exciting journey you've been on. The system and the harvests look absolutely fabulous, I went back almost a year and will take your air line siphon lesson learned into account in my ongoing system upgrade :]

So the 70% shade never affected growth? We are at 27th parallel and it can be pretty intense so considering shade here for ft and certainly gb.

Nope , 70% shade hasnt effected anything. Got good crops of corn, tomatoes, silver beet, onions, brassicas and legumes over the years. We are going for 42C today so its needed

Settled into the new digs, but now that have completed a couple of years am searching for greener pastures. Still don't have a nest egg large enough for a farm on an island in Thailand yet so need to keep at it a bit longer.

I expect an invite when you do get the farm

I must have come through Horsham over a dozen times in the last 3 months while moving to Melb.. The inlaws are still over in SA so will have to arrange a visit for a closer look at your setup next time I come through..

Silverbeet, onions, kale - I have loads of that too!!!

I have some perennial leeks if your interested - easy harvest and transplanting in AP
