He is a very relaxed fish. You can even give him a pat. Only way to make him move is live company the same size as his mouth. Then he is probably the fastest fish I've got.

Opened the next bag of pellets. Next size up and not floating. Interesting to see catfish come up to the surface and look around kinda confused  . Then go back down after there food.
Little guys are now onto flakes. Will get a grinder and move them onto pellets soon.

I like the smaller smarter one that moved to the side to allow its mate to meet George first.
I only threw in 20 or so the rest went into the pool.

Hey at least he didn't lead the yabby on...
Have you got some cover for the yabs in the tank, to make it a bit of sport for George?
I'd put the cover on one side, and their food on the other

Some of them yabbies are smarter than they look. I found 6 in with the catfish. They went up the bottom feed overflow into the next tank. So from a tank with one big fish to the next tank with almost 400 small fish.

Murray Cod are the most boring fish in the world. We had one in an aquarium once, and he hid behind a rock the whole time. So I thought for sport, I would chuck in5 small goldies. He didn't move a muscle. So I turned around for 5 seconds and the sneaky prick snaffled them all then went straight back behind his rock.

George was sitting on the bottom of the tank with 1 yabby sitting against him and another crawling on top of his back. If he's not hungry he does not care. :|
