I am have a crack at making caviar.

I felt the same way when we opened a few prego females. Seems a waste not to, but I didn't, hehe

thanks Boss, I used "Ikura salmon caviar" recipe more or less, really surprised how good it tastes.

nice. The only time I had caviar (probably wasn't high quality) it seemed salty. I'll have to have a look at that recipe and see if I can change my mind.

Slowboat, I really hope that your delicious-looking caviar hasn't proven your undoing; we haven't heard from you since your amazing caviar post last year!

been a long time since an update, but a major upgrade is happening now with new composite decking and plastic chedys aquaponic grow beds. the old cheap form ply deck was a big mistake would not have lasted another year for sure.

3 beds up and running albeit with temporary piping.
