apparently it's your fault if the neigbours kid hurts themselves on your property or drowns in your FT. I wonder whos fault it is if they drown in the local stream or the ocean ?

and got it all set and level. I put it on a base of sand, with 1 and 1/8 inch pressure treated plywood. got done today with what i wanted to get done.

Seems I will need to redo the entire permit process iffin I still want tilapia. may just stick with goldfish this year... basically I need a permit for anything other than goldfish.

regarding termites in wood GB: In our dry desert climate termites have not been a problem. I have been using wood frame, pond liner GB's for five years with no signs of termite damage. I live perhaps 100 miles from mean coyote.

I have never seen a termite before, so I suppose I'm good there. I was looking at the pond liner at home depot, seems OK. What is a good depth? I was thinking about 6"? I want to use gravel or hydroton.
