More pics. We had extra visitors and really should have had more fish, it was like an exotic delicacy and everyone only got a little bit, if they were lucky. That is now twice this weekend and loving it.

You bet, they are all queuing up for a feed from the aquaponic kitchen. I am having to knock them all back.

Oh Faye - it all looks so fantastic - great fish, yummy food - barbecued with lemon pepper and a salad - my favourite!

How warm is your water at the moment? When do you expect you'll need to harvest all the barra?

Robyn, I am looking at stepping up the harvest over the next few weeks and I am guessing I might have about 8 weeks. I also have the Silver Perch to take over from the Barra before we get Trout. I would likely leave some Barra in the system to determine what the parameters might be. Current temperature of the water is 21 degrees.

Thanks, Faye. Thought I might try the trout / barra combination once I have been through a year or so with (hopefully) easier perch! Will keep an eye on my temperatures and see if I'm game next year.

I keep missing your updates as it at the top of the listings (figure that out for my logical way of reading!!!) but just caught up with the Tardis stuff and listened to the archive - fantastic!! Congrats on a great interview. Hopefully it has led to more and more converts.
