I dont know what I'm doing wrong but I cant seem to grow my trout above 500g. Not that I really need to, but I would like to think I could. Well done. How are the temps inside the greenhouse now that the sun is out a bit more?

Hi KE,

it was about 28 degrees at 5.30 tonight. We must get on and do the promised ventilation before it gets too hot to grow anything.

the bok choy has gone straight to flower.

just a couple of photos. when the warmer weather the lettuce has started to bolt, although we cant complain, we have had an outstanding amount from them.

Not sure if the heat has effected the tomy toe tomato, he seems to be flowering a little too early for his size

That tommy toe looks stunted and probably because of low tank water temps. It will take off once the water temps get up a bit. They usually give you more cherry tomatoes than you could possibly use, so I am expecting it will be a monster in a couple of months :wave1:

Your system looks fantastic :headbang:

Lettuce should be ready for Xmas. Just move it inside and decorate it. :thumbright:

thanks dufflight. it would look spunky.

well we had a little trouble during the night, one of the pumps pooped itself.
we woke up to fish in a couple of inches of water (lucky for us they were all alive). so while the tide was out we decided to cull before the heat arrives.

we have 15 left still in the tank

cull weights ranged from .818gm to .345gm

It may even turn out to be a blessing. I just hope you have plenty of room in the freezer. Looks like you have had a good year :thumbright:

Well after todays warm weather, and having to have the airconditioner on tonight, the decision was made.

Tooo Hot.

the last of the trout have been harvested. 14 all up. Not easy trying to catch the slippery little suckers in 3000lts of water.
