Here is a Photo of the trout in my top tank,I put them in on February they are lovely
plate size they have a very pink flesh lovely flavour, have not smoked any as yet.
The photo was taken with my phone :laughing3:

It was nice to catch up and a quiet wine on the new verandah you forgot the potatoes :dontknow: it was hot work digging them up.Last night we had FISH & CHIPS trout of cause 414 gram from Feb to now that is 8 months not bad what do you think :D Looking forward to some rain you might have to do the rain dance you did over in the East :naughty:

With so many trees in the backyard does the shade cause any problems with the plants? I am curious because my backyard has a lot of very large trees and I have a hard time growing some things, like lettuce. It wants to be all stringy and not very attractive looking, expecially during the winter months. :dontknow:
