Hi there first post here on the boards. After reading this entire thread and seeing the amazing system you have started I decided to make it here. Fantastic and professional looking system! I can't wait to get one of my own up and running. Threads like this will keep me appeased til I get up and runing myself.

Yeah perhaps we should have a thread titled, threads to get an AP fix from, when you don't have your own system, and this one would be on it... :thumbright:

Wow... thanks for the vote of confidence guys :D

Think its time to post some updated pics... will as soon as I get a new SD card for the camera... :)

DAY TRIP!!! Heading to Bendigo tomorrow to pick up our 2 x 2300L tanks and 3 x tilkey GBs. :headbang: ... taking a 6ft by 12ft Tandem trailer with us so hoping we can jam them in somehow

After a 5 hour drive to get there, and knowing we have another 5 hours ahead before we get home, I can see the day going something like this...

tanks being rolled onto the trailer... :toothy10:
tanks not quite fitting onto the trailer... :banghead:
me quietly suggesting how to make the tanks fit onto the trailer... :director:
hubby gently discussing how he feels about my suggestions... :argue:
me delicately showing hubby how I feel about his discussion techniques... :violent1:

... should be fun... :D

Piece of cake... here's 2 x 3000L fish tanks, 4 x growbeds (underneath)... 4 grow bed stands.... pumps and F&D kits... plus a pallet of clay (in the tanks, and in grow beds) ... :D

The tanks should stack inside one another... or you can turn the Tilkey's over on the tray... to forma base for both tanks...

EB... was hoping you would like my gratuitous :) smiley  useage  technique :D .....

Rupe... Hahahahaha... Thank god we didnt have to take that for a 5 hour drive! :D We kept having to pull over to adjust the front ropes as we had huge winds and rain on the way home... was actually worried that we would get home with our tanks full of water
... would have been a bugger for fuel economy

Freo - that was bloody hillarious  ... no, really... :laughing3:

But seriously freo... how many little kids did you knock of their bikes on your way home?

BTW, will take a pic tomorrow before we unload the trailer...tanks actually fit perfectly with about a 2 inch clearance at the tailgate. Had to sit them next to each other as they wouldnt stack inside each other... not enough of a taper to allow it - but didnt end up needing them to anyway which was a relief :headbang:

And a couple of shots thrown in of part of the highway leading in to Kerang that is still a mess... first one is of the detour leading in to Kerang from Shepparton end.

2nd one is facing away from it towards Shep, showing the sea of water thats still there

Wish I had taken a photo when I picked up my 5000 litre tank using a 6 x 4 trailer. If the tank had wheels it would have been easier to put the trailer in it instead.

It looked more like the pic Freoboy posted.

I think your thread title needs updating now with these additions.
