Hi Jewelryguy. Nice to see another fellow Michigander.

Sorry I've been a bit preoccupied. Had to put the entire thing on hold while I reassessed our situation. Found out that we have another little one on the way. After crunching budgets, figures, etc... we MAY be able to stay in our house and not have to sell and move to a smaller mortgage Needless to say, my project is on a temporary hold.

I did get a hold of a couple trout farmers... one says they will do fine at 65 degrees, other says has to be 55. I guess I just need to run a test on $10-20 off fingerlings and see what happens.

Congrats on the family expansion Tony! We've got three little ones here, so I understand the chaos that comes with them! It's all in good fun though :-) Maybe we will do a group buy on trout when you're ready to get some if it lowers the overall price per fish. Guess it's time to start eating my Tilapia
